The 3rd chakra - Keep your ego in check
Some people are so consumed with their ego during sex, thinking how am I doing? How am I performing? Are they satisfied? Their mind is occupied with their performance, rather than enjoying the experience. Also they may have unmet expectation of their partner. This is where trouble can arise, these are things that need to be talked about and discussed outside of the bedroom. While in the moment enjoy where you are, there is no competition in this moment.
This problem lies in the solar plexus. This is chakra that is associated with your personal power, pride, and vitality. The solar plexus is located above the navel, just below the sternum. The Solar Plexus influences the liver, stomach, gall bladder, spleen, small intenstine, pancreas, kidneys, and the lumbar vertebrae. When this chakra is imbalanced, pride can take the form of ego and may cause a person to try to exert power. He or she may become a control freak, or on the other end could become insecure. . These are signs of a blocked solar plexus.
